The residence also incorporates solar-powered energy solutions for sustainable modern living.
Blue Skies – Bespoke Colonial Bungalow, Drummella 1
One of our earliest residences, Blue Skies marked the beginning of our journey into thoughtfully crafted hillside homes. Every aspect of the property, from architectural planning to landscape detailing was approached with meticulous care, resulting in building a bungalow that reflects timeless design and understated elegance.
Langley Dale – Colonial Hillside Home, Guernsey
Set against the spectacular backdrop of Lambs Rock, Langley Dale has been carefully designed ensuring minimal earth cutting to embrace the terrain and surrounding views. Large strategically positioned windows invite natural light, ventilation and magnificent view from every room, while the colonial architectural character lends the home a timeless presence.
Trishul – Refined Family Residence, Drummella 2
Crafted with close attention to detail starting from the carpet of grass in the lawn to the roof, Trishul combines elegant planning with practical hillside living. Bright and airy interiors, landscaped lawns on either side, a paved driveway and covered parking come together to create a magnificent bungalow that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
Liberty – Colonial Tea Garden Residence, Hillsborough
Our first project in Hillsborough built in harmony with traditional Vaastu principles, Liberty blends classic colonial architecture with contemporary comfort. The property captures a spectacular view of the tea gardens and the building plan ensures bright natural light and ventilation adding to the beauty of the hillside setting.
O Sole Mio – Sunlit Hillside Bungalow, Guernsey
Inspired by openness and light, ‘O Solé Mio’ translating to ‘My Sunshine’ features expansive glass areas that capture the breathtaking views of Lambs Rock and the surrounding hills. Originally built over a century ago, Kievcote stands as a carefully restored heritage property that now serves as our office in Coonoor. The challenging restoration was undertaken with utmost care to preserve the quaint architectural charm and design elements of the original structure while seamlessly integrating modern functionality. Today, our new office at Kievcote reflects our enduring appreciation for timeless colonial architecture and thoughtful restoration.
Aadhrita – Elegant Hillside Residence, Drummella 1
The bungalow that gave us the opportunity to bring to fore our designing flair. Designed to embrace light, openness and surrounding hillside views, Aadhrita features spacious living interiors, generously sized windows and thoughtfully planned outdoor spaces. A spacious balcony, landscaped garden and sloping driveway matching the lay of the land complements the colonial-inspired architecture, creating a ‘White House’ that feels both refined and welcoming.

Named after its striking self-supporting arches, Archdale House reflects a design approach rooted in individuality and architectural character. A one-of-a-kind bungalow with large windows that invite abundant natural light and ventilation into every room, while the landscaping has been carefully adapted to the natural slope of the terrain with minimal intervention to the land.
Rivendell – Restored Hillside Bungalow, Pemberley

Selina – Heritage Restoration Residence, Coonoor
Restoring this century-old residence presented the unique challenge of preserving its original architectural ethos  while integrating the comforts required for modern living. The result is a thoughtfully revived colonial bungalow that continues to retain its timeless presence and historic charm.
Amaidhi- Peaceful Hillside Retreat, Adar
Perched at an elevation of 6,850 feet above mean sea level, Amaidhi has been designed to embody calmness, openness and harmony with its surroundings. Planned in alignment with the traditional Vaastu principles, the residence features expansive windows, airy interiors and gently sloping landscaped gardens that preserve the natural contours of the land.
