Our motto “Socci Stamus – Cadimus Dividui” which translates to “United We Stand – Divided We Fall” is the real driving force behind our relentless pursuit of excellence. Like brick and mortar that need to stand in unison for a strong structure, we firmly believe that when we stand united with our client, no challenge in construction is insurmountable. In-fact it makes every obstacle a pleasure to overcome.

Since 2012, we at United Consultants have been striving to provide homes of the best quality. Each individual project is nurtured from seed with our personal involvement and undivided attention. We are also extremely conscious about the environment and WILL NOT strain it. As a policy, 75% of the land is apportioned exclusively towards green space, with the remaining area of approximately 25% alone dedicated towards building. We also rigorously pursue environment friendly practices such as minimal earth cutting, rain water harvesting and solar energy for electricity generation and water heating.  In all our new projects, we follow the tenets of  Vaastu as a science.

We have in our portfolio several properties for sale in and around Coonoor and other hill stations in India. Our bungalows for sale are unique and are fine examples of Colonial architecture, with spacious interiors complimented by wide open green spaces. Likewise, our plots for sale are located in picturesque areas offering unmatched views of the surrounding hills.
