“VIVEK” – BUNGALOW IN DRUMELLA 1

A real challenge that made us aware of our own potential. Keeping in mind our ethos of causing minimal strain to the environment, a split level design and a huge sloping lawn was the basis for this bungalow’s design so that earth cutting could be restricted to the bare minimum. Additionally, a solar power generator for electricity generation not just for water heating but to provide ample power for the entire house was also installed.

“BLUE SKIES” – BUNGALOW IN DRUMELLA 1

An apt name for the bungalow of a pilot. One of our earliest projects that was started when we launched our company. From the plan of the bungalow to the laying of the lawn, every minute detail was carefully studied before being implemented. This project was a huge learning experience for us, both, in designing and the actual construction. “Blue Skies” helped us realise that if we put our best efforts, then, the sky is literally the limit.

“LANGLEY DALE” – BUNGALOW IN GUERNSEY

A gently sloping plot along with a spectacular view of Lambs Rock. Our work was cut out. A design that ensured minimal earth cutting and windows strategically placed so that those magnificent views could be enjoyed from the comforts of any of the rooms. A bungalow that is so typically colonial in its architectural style along with all the amenities and facilities that are required in the modern day was the end result. The design allows for great light and ventilation in all the rooms so that the freshness that is all pervading in the surrounding area permeates throughout the bungalow.

“TRISHUL” – BUNGALOW IN DRUMELLA 2

To achieve that perfection that can be so elusive, each and every detail needs to be scrutinised individually and minutely. From the roof to the carpet of grass in the lawn, every aspect of the design was looked at with a magnifying glass. Rooms that receive more than adequate natural light and ventilation, lawns on two sides of the bungalow, a paved driveway and a covered car park are some of the highlights of this magnificent bungalow.

“LIBERTY” – BUNGALOW IN HILLSBOROUGH

Our first project in Hillsborough has turned into a real beauty. Built 100 percent according to the tenets of Vaastu, this bungalow retains the colonial style of architecture without losing any modern day benefits. A spectacular view of the tea gardens near and far can be enjoyed from almost any room largely owing to a building plan which ensured that the windows not only served their natural purpose of providing light and ventilation to the rooms but also afforded great panoramic views from varying angles.

“O SOLÉ MIO” – BUNGALOW IN GUERNSEY

“O Solé Mio” which literally translates to “My Sunshine” meant that the bungalow had to be bright and airy. The design incorporated large glass areas for allowing maximum sunshine into the building. A sloping and winding driveway compliments the bungalow which has elements of an architectural style of the days gone by.

“KIEVCOTE” – OUR NEW OFFICE

It is a conundrum. Should we call this our “New” office, considering this building is a 111 years old! A restoration project is never easy, and, when the restoration is for a building that has stood for over a century, the challenges are huge. While modern day requirements had to be met, it was also imperative that the quaint charm, aesthetics and design elements of the original structure were preserved. To restore the building to its original glory while being functional at the same time proved to be a tightrope walk. We do wish you visit our office to be transported to another period in time!
